Our Process

Our Process

There are two factors that really set our conversions apart: experience and attention to detail.

We’ve been converting vehicles for over 30 years. During that time, we’ve demonstrated our ability to evolve with technology and develop tried-and-tested solutions for our customers. Our attention to detail impacts not only on the technical aspects of our builds, but also on the quality of our finishes.

We take pride in delivering vehicles that have outstanding performance and a perfect factory finish.

Wagon to Dual-Cab Conversion

The Toyota 200 Series Landcruiser has proven itself to be the ideal foundation for the perfect work truck or touring rig, and consequently it now forms the vast majority of all conversions we do.

There are five main reasons why people want to convert a 200 Series into an extended dual-cab:

  1. Increased towing ability up to 4.2t
  2. More powerful engine
  3. Automatic gearbox
  4. Passenger and driver comfort
  5. Toyota’s reliability

Chassis Extensions

We can perform a range of different chassis extensions on most dual cab utes. The most popular wheelbase extension we do is a 79 Series chassis extension.

The key reasons to extend a dual cab are:

  1. Improved load carrying capacity
  2. Increased towing capacity
  3. Extended tray or canopy
  4. Better off-road ability
  5. Greater ride comfort on and off road

GVM Upgrades

All of our 200 Series conversions receive a 3800kg GVM upgrade as standard, but the majority of customers opt to get an additional upgrade to a 4200kg GVM with 4200kg towing capacity.

We also have available a GVM upgrade of 4495kg with 3500kg towing.

The extra 695kgs of GVM is essential if adding a canopy or a car-top boat, and the towing upgrade provides customers with the confidence they need when towing heavier loads.
