Terms & Conditions (Australia)

1. Promoter
   Batchlin Pty Ltd t/a Creative Conversions (ABN 94 128 381 564) of 10/12 Unley Street, Brendale QLD, 4500 (“Promoter”).

2. This promotion is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over (Individual Entrants).

3. Directors, management, and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management, and employees) of Creative Conversions and Creative Conversions’ trade partners or of the companies or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. Promotion Period (AEST)
   Opens 17/10/2025, 12:00 pm AEST. Closes 31/10/2025, 12:00 pm AEST. Entries received outside this window are invalid.

5. How to Enter Facebook Page
   During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must:
   a) Follow the Creative Conversion Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/creativeconversionsSSM
   b) Like the pinned competition post on the Creative Conversion Facebook page; and
   c) Comment on that pinned post, sharing your favourite summer adventure destination.
   
   Entry is free. One (1) entry per person. Multiple comments will not increase the chances of winning. Entries must be from a genuine personal account; brand, giveaway or bot accounts may be disqualified at Promoter’s discretion.

6. Game Type
   This is a game of chance. Winner is selected at random from eligible entries.

7. Prize & Value
   One (1) winner receives a prize pack consisting of:
   • ARB Premium Recovery Kit
   • CC-branded YETI drinkware;
   • Creative Conversions merch bundle (hats, tees, hoodie).
   Total RRP approx. AUD $842.00 . Prize not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other products. Exact models/sizes/colours at Promoter’s discretion, subject to availability.

8. Draw Details
   Random draw conducted by the Promoter on 31/10/2025 at via secure digital draw. Promoter may request proof of eligibility and proof you followed the Creative Conversion Facebook page at the time of entry.

9. Winner Notification & Publication
   Winner will be contacted via Direct Message on Facebook within two (2) business days of the draw, and announced via a post or story on Creative Conversion Facebook page once verified. The winner must respond and provide full name, phone number, email and Australian delivery address within seven (7) days of notification.

10. Unclaimed Prize
    If the winner does not claim the prize within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and Promoter may redraw at 07/11/2025 using the same method. Redraw winner will be notified as above.

11. Verification & Disqualification
    Promoter may verify entries and entrants (including identity, age, residency, and compliance with these Terms). Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, automated, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, or where required actions (follow/like/comment) are reversed or not visible at the time of verification.

12. Delivery
    Prize will be shipped to an Australian address provided by the verified winner. Risk passes on delivery. Promoter is not liable for damage or delay in transit.

13. Privacy
    Personal information is collected to conduct the promotion and award the prize. If the information is not provided, you may not be able to participate. Promoter may disclose personal information to its contractors for the purpose of administering the promotion. All handling of personal information will comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. 14. Content & Publicity
    Entries must be the entrant’s own and not infringe third-party rights. By entering, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your name, entry comment and social handle for publicity, content reposts and winner announcements in connection with this promotion, without compensation.

15. General
    a) Promoter’s decisions are final.
    b) Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if it cannot be run as planned (including due to fraud, interference or technical issues) and may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
    c) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Promoter (and its officers, employees and agents) is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or the prize.
    d) These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If trade promotion permits are required in any state/territory based on final prize value, the Promoter will obtain them and publish the permit numbers on the competition post or landing page.

16. Platform Disclaimer (Meta)
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram or Facebook. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Meta. By entering, you completely release Meta from any liability arising from or in connection with this promotion.
